The platform is provided for your own personal wealth-planning and research use. You may not attempt to disrupt the service, extract data at scale, or use it to build a competing product.
Ownership
The platform’s research methodology, portfolio-construction logic, and generated report formats belong to Prospera Insights LLP. The plans and reports generated for your account are yours to keep and download.
No warranty on data completeness
Market and research data availability can vary. Where a data source is unavailable for a calculation, the platform states this rather than substituting an estimate — see the Disclaimer for how this is handled.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
