Rebel Foods is the world's largest cloud-kitchen restaurant operator, running food-delivery-only kitchens under more than 40 owned brands including Faasos, Behrouz Biryani, Oven Story Pizza and Sweet Truth, sold through food-delivery apps and its own channels. It was founded in 2011 (originally as Faasos) by Jaydeep Barman and Kallol Banerjee and now runs over 450 kitchens across roughly 10 countries. The company narrowed its net loss to about Rs. 336.6 crore in FY25 on revenue of Rs. 1,617.4 crore, and is reportedly targeting an IPO in the second half of 2026.
