Its aerospace and defence division manufactures precision structures and sub-assemblies for Indian aerospace and defence programmes. In April 2024, the 127-year-old Godrej conglomerate was amicably split, with Jamshyd Godrej and Nyrika Holkar taking control of the unlisted Godrej Enterprises Group while Adi and Nadir Godrej retained the listed Godrej Industries Group companies.
