Flipkart operates an online marketplace connecting third-party sellers to consumers across electronics, fashion, grocery and general merchandise, earning revenue chiefly through seller commissions, advertising and value-added seller services. Its logistics arm eKart handles fulfillment and its subsidiary Myntra runs a separate fashion e-commerce platform. In FY25, Flipkart's marketplace revenue rose about 14.4% year-on-year to roughly Rs 20,493 crore, with the net loss narrowing sharply.
