Imagine Marketing is the parent of boAt, India's leading brand of audio wearables, earphones, smartwatches and other consumer-electronics accessories sold via e-commerce and retail. Co-founded by Aman Gupta and Sameer Mehta, who began as Apple-accessory distributors, the company grew boAt into a top-five global wearables brand by volume. Revenue grew roughly fivefold, from Rs. 600 crore in FY20 to Rs. 3,100 crore in FY25, with the company returning to profitability. It filed an updated DRHP with SEBI cutting its planned IPO to about Rs. 1,500 crore and was awaiting a listing window as of mid-2026.
